Features
1. The main transmission part adopts cycloid reducer, which has long service life, low noise and stable operation.
2. Itinerary is adjustable, which can be adapted to the packaging of different sections, especially suitable for the production needs of small batches and many varieties of products.
3. Flat structure, can package some special shaped items, such as elli ptical, square, triangular and other special-shaped items.
4. PVC and aluminum foil are conveyed by motor, and the light-controlled switch is inductively controlled to ensure stable conveying.
5.Imported controlling system is adopted; also it can be equipped with detecting and rejection function device for number of medicines according to the user’s requirement.
6.It adopts photoelectrical controlling system to make PVC, PTP, Aluminum/Aluminum material to be automatically fed and waste side to be cut automatically to guarantee the Synchronous stability of over- length distance and multi stations.
7.It can be optional equipped with photocell correction device, imported stepper motor traction and image- character register to optimize packing grade.
