Overview

This machine can automatically onpen the carton, bend the bottom hinge, stick the tape at the bottom of the box, output and other functions, which is economical and efficient. It can be used in conjunction with the carton packing machine.

The entire operation process must be completed in a stable state, with sufficient reliable positioning and protection   measures,   and   no   damage   or   destruction  to   the   cartons.   Production   capacity:   1-6 boxes/minute.
1. Unpacking is smooth and beautiful. Unpacking success and pass rate ≥99.9%.
2. There is an operation screen interface for stand-alone independent debugging and production control, and it has digital and Chinese display and prompts such as output count, machine running speed and equipment  failure.  There  are  safety   protection  functions  such  as  fault  alarm,  fault  shutdown  and emergency shutdown.
3. The size of the carton can be adjusted conveniently and accurately through the hand wheel.
