Analysis of common faults of cartoner machine

Cartoner machine, as the equipment for post-packaging, is widely used in various industries because of its high degree of automation, efficiency improvement and manpower saving. The cartoner machine has been used for a long time, and it is inevitable that there will be some minor faults. Today we will share the common fault analysis of the cartoner machine.

So what are the common cartoner machine failures?

1. After the carton of the cartoner machine is sucked down, it will not form or pop out at the mouth of the box feeding template:

1). First check whether the paper box is too hard.

2). Check whether the position of the guide rod for placing the carton and the box feeding template is incorrect.

3). Check whether the small hook spring at the rear of the box delivery template is deformed.

4). Check whether the height of the suction head of the suction box and the track of the box delivery is correct.

2. The cartoner machine cannot suck the carton down:

1). Whether the cartons are arranged neatly.

2). Whether the cartons are pasted together.

3). Is the air pressure of the suction head normal?

3. The cartoner conveyor belt gap or shutdown:

1). Interval shutdown to check whether there is a lack of material, and automatic startup for replenishment.

2). Shut down and check whether the power supply including the power supply part, motor or governor is normal.

4. The manual of the cartoning machine cannot be sucked down:

1). First check whether the instruction manual is deformed, causing the suction head to fail to suck.

2). Then check whether the suction head air is parallel to the instruction manual.

3). Whether the width and size of the manual paper are different, the error must be within 1mm. It is advisable to adjust the stacking position of the instructions to be 0.5mm different from the inner edge of the suction head when it rises to the highest position.

4). The paper separating hook above the suction head of the origami machine moves too early. Generally, the small hook should be inserted into the gap between the paper and the paper before the suction head is about to descend. The adjustment of the height of the small hook is 0.5mm away from the suction head when it is at the highest position.
