2. Automatic cartoning  machine of condoms

When condom manufacturers produce a lot of finished condoms, they must use an automatic cartoning machine for efficient cartoning. For example, there are 3 pieces in a box, 6 pieces in a box, 10 pieces in a box, and 12 pieces in a box. Therefore, a cartoning machine can replace different cartons for cartoning.

Commonly used cartoning machines can be equipped with an automatic blanking device for automatic blanking, which improves production efficiency and reduces labor costs.

3. Transparent film three-dimensional packaging

In order to make condoms more safe and reliable, condoms also improve the grade and added value of products. Therefore, in the packaging process, we often add a layer of film packaging outside the carton. The material of this film is BOPP smoke film. It can play the role of anti-counterfeiting and dust prevention. An automatic cartoning machine and a transparent film three-dimensional packaging machine are often used to form an automatic outer packaging production line.

4. For the inner packaging after the packaging is completed, our last step is the automatic boxing of condoms.
