Feeding method of pouch cartoning machine

At present, the carton packaging of candy, milk powder, rice flour, coffee, nuts and other products in the food,cosmetic, pharma industry needs to use a pouch cartoning machine. For different cartoning requirements, our company has different design solutions.

At present, there are mainly three kinds of feeding methods commonly used in pouch cartoning machines, as follows:
1. The pouch is hand-feeding.

This method is also the most primitive. Each operator manually places each pouch on the conveyor belt of the cartoning machine, and will be manually fed according to different quantity requirements. Then the pouch automatic cartoning machine will automatically transport it to the cartoning area for cartoning.

2. Use automatic material sorting and automatic feeding system according to the characteristics of each pouch and the requirements of the cartoning machine

This automatic material sorting and automatic feeding system is mainly used by a single machine, but it does not want to manually feed materials. To increase the speed of cartoning, consider using this system.

This system is mainly divided into two parts, the first part is mainly automatic material handling. Thousands of pouch are concentrated in a feeding box, and the elevator is used for continuous automatic sorting, sorting out one bag before and after one bag, and transporting them to the automatic sorting and feeding area of ​​the second part in an orderly manner.

The second part is the second automatic material sorting and feeding system, which not only requires each pouch to be automatically arranged vertically and automatically, but also to be conveyed to the conveyor belt of the pouch  cartoning machine.

In view of the extremely high speed of the small bag packaging machine, the large number of boxes, and the low requirements for the speed of cartoning, the pouch packaging machine can be matched with the automatic material sorting and feeding system and the pouch cartoning machine first.

In the case that the speed requirements of the small bag packaging machine are not high, the number of boxes is not large, and the requirements of the packaging speed are many, the small bag packaging machine can be linked with the pouch cartoning machine one-to-one.
