1. Technical plan review
Any solution designed by each engineer, including the packaging solution for the customer, the research and development program for the new technology, and the improvement program for the machine, are signed by the design director, the process director, and the assembly director. Use power.
2. Drawing review
Any drawings designed by each engineer, including production and processing drawings, assembly drawings, and processing drawings, shall be signed by the design director, the process director, and the assembly director, and finally the power to use the drawings shall be effective.
3. Process design review
The processing technology, production process and assembly process designed by each process engineer must not only meet the quality and quantity indicators of the product, but also have economical, rational and environmental protection requirements, so that the process can be operated and controlled. Drawings must be reviewed and signed by the craft director, and supervision by the design director and assembly director is required.
4. Assembly process design review
Each assembly process designer carries out the design of the assembly process for the machine according to the requirements of the processing technology and production process, and provides scientific guidance and method solutions for each machine. Drawings need to be signed by the design director and the assembly director to be effective.
5. Test and test parts, accessories and other materials. This position consists of 5-6 staff members who are responsible for testing and testing materials such as parts and accessories. There is no random inspection, and each accessory is inspected and tested one-to-one according to the needs of the production drawings. Including whether it is a qualified product, processing technology, technical parameters, etc. for the detection of multiple procedures.
6. Testing and testing the semi-finished products. This position consists of three staff members who are responsible for the one-to-one inspection and testing of the semi-finished products and the outer semi-finished products during the assembly according to the requirements of the production drawings. This includes machining processes and assembly processes. Supervise and inspect whether the assembly is strictly in accordance with the assembly drawings.
7. The whole machine is tested and inspected. This position is currently handled by 6 staff members who are responsible for testing and inspecting the whole machine. The mechanical components are specifically responsible for 4 technicians. Mainly for the inspection of the whole machine's start-up, operation, noise, transmission, process, packaged product output and other processes. The electrical side is responsible for 2 electrical engineers. Mainly for the detection of PLC procedures, voltage, color code detection, electrical processes and other processes.
8. For the production inspection of the finished machine, there are currently 3 engineers responsible for the inspection of the mechanical, electrical, process, machine operation, actual testing of the packaged goods, and the actual test of the packaging materials. Archive.
9. Development and testing of new products and technologies
For the development of any new product and new technology, we need to discuss the program, determine the program, simulate the test and test the new product and new technology. Only new technologies and products that have been tested successfully can be put into the market.
