Features
1. The sealing knife adopts DuPont Teflon coating anti-stick high temperature resistant aluminum alloy knife, the sealing will not crack, no coking, no smoke and zero pollution
2. According to different products, it is equipped with imported detection photoelectric, horizontal and vertical inspection, which is convenient for switching. For thin and small packaging, sealing and packaging can be easily completed.
3. Automatic feeding, the length can also be automatically adjusted through the combination of electric eye and timer. Equipped with an induction motor to automatically take up scrap.
4. The original "Omron" digital display thermostat, built-in PID function, the temperature of the sealing knife is extremely sensitive and precise, and can be set freely. There is no need to worry about the temperature inaccurate injury to the product. The sealing knife itself also has an automatic protection function, which effectively prevents miscutting of the package and has an automatic alarm function, which greatly improves the operator's safety.
5. The whole set of machines realizes the unmanned operation connection with the production line, and the specially designed film up-and-down synchronization mechanism corrects the film deviation.
